Limited availability due to system maintenance

On Fri­day, Sep­tem­ber 5, 2025, bet­ween 5:00 PM and appro­xi­m­ate­ly 8:00 PM (CEST), we will be car­ry­ing out impro­ve­ments to our IT infra­struc­tu­re. Cer­tain sys­tems will con­ti­nue to be tes­ted and main­tai­ned throug­hout the weekend. By Mon­day, Sep­tem­ber 8, 2025, all sys­tems are expec­ted to be ful­ly ope­ra­tio­nal again.

During this main­ten­an­ce win­dow, our backend will be par­ti­al­ly unavailable, and access to various online ser­vices may be signi­fi­cant­ly rest­ric­ted. In par­ti­cu­lar, the fol­lo­wing func­tions will be affected:

  • Log­in to the FENECON Online Moni­to­ring (web and app)
  • Exe­cu­ti­on of new instal­la­ti­ons (com­mis­sio­ning assistant)
  • Capa­ci­ty expansions
  • Data dis­play in the FENECON Online Moni­to­ring and the FENECON App
  • App instal­la­ti­ons
  • Sys­tem trou­ble­shoo­ting via the online portal
  • Crea­ti­on of new user profiles
  • Access to the demo account of the FENECON Online Monitoring
  • Cont­act forms on the website 
  • Home­page of Feres­to GmbH 
  • News­let­ter registration 

 

Please note:

The migra­ti­on has no impact on the func­tion­a­li­ty of the sto­rage sys­tem its­elf. Your sys­tems will con­ti­nue to run sta­b­ly and reliably.

Local access to the FENECON Moni­to­ring will also remain ful­ly available.

All sys­tem data recor­ded during the main­ten­an­ce win­dow will be auto­ma­ti­cal­ly trans­mit­ted and added to the sys­tem after the suc­cessful com­ple­ti­on of the migration.

We recom­mend car­ry­ing out plan­ned com­mis­sio­ning, con­fi­gu­ra­ti­ons, or sup­port cases outs­ide of the spe­ci­fied time peri­od.

Plea­se igno­re any war­ning or error mes­sa­ges during this peri­od; they will only be relia­ble again start­ing Mon­day, Sep­tem­ber 8, 2025.
