Certain systems will continue to be tested and maintained throughout the weekend. By Monday, September 8, 2025, all systems are expected to be fully operational again.
During this maintenance window, our backend will be partially unavailable, and access to various online services may be significantly restricted. In particular, the following functions will be affected:
The migration has no impact on the functionality of the storage system itself. Your systems will continue to run stably and reliably.
Local access to the FENECON Monitoring will also remain fully available.
All system data recorded during the maintenance window will be automatically transmitted and added to the system after the successful completion of the migration.
We recommend carrying out planned commissioning, configurations, or support cases outside of the specified time period.
Please ignore any warning or error messages during this period; they will only be reliable again starting Monday, September 8, 2025.
